What information do you need to quote my crane company?

The more complete the picture, the better the quote. To start, we need your business name, the owner’s name, your street address, city, state and zip, a phone number and an email. From there we need a rough idea of your annual payroll and your annual sales or revenue, since those drive a lot of the pricing on liability and workers comp.

For the equipment side, an equipment schedule helps a lot: make, model, year, capacity and value of each crane, plus your trucks and trailers. Tell us the kind of work you do, like steel erection, HVAC sets, residential trusses, industrial plant work or crane rental with or without an operator.

If you have been in business a while, we will need 3 to 5 years of loss runs from your current or prior carriers. If you are a new contractor, you do not need a no known loss letter from us, just give us your experience and background. Standard quotes can often be done the same day; complicated ones take about 4-5 days.
